Changed your mind after your purchase? Not a problem. We will accept returns within seven (7) days of purchase. Please notify us via email: We will respond within three (3) working days providing instructions for the return within the following three (3) days. Any items returned must be in perfect condition, e.g. unused and undamaged with any swing tickets still attached or wraps still attached. The item must be returned in the original packaging. Returns are at the customer's cost. Upon receipt and satisfactory checking of the returned item, we will issue a refund less shipping costs within fourteen (14) days.
In the instance you received a damaged item, the item was not as described on the website or we shipped the wrong item to you, we will arrange for the collection of the item at our cost. Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the item via email: If the item is damaged, please supply pictures and retain the original packaging. We will respond to you with details of the collection and upon receipt of the item, we will issue a refund within fourteen (14) days. If you would prefer a a replacement or exchange item to the same or greater value, please let us know and we willl do our best to accommodate this, subject to availability, within seven (7) days.
